Caruso & Minini are a part of new revival in Sicilian wine. Smaller wineries have sprung up in the past decade with private investment and a strong interest in the potential of the native grapes from Sicily. One example is Caruso & Minini. When Mario Minini met Stefano Caruso it sparked a long-held dream to produce a wine in the historical winemaking region of Marsala in Western Sicily.

The estate&#;s grapes are grown in the vineyards of Giummarella and Cuttaia, located in a hilly area east of Marsala at an altitude of meters above sea level. They focus on traditional varieties which are perfectly suited for the hot Sicilian sun.

The Terre di Giumara range focuses on these unique and delicious Sicilian grapes. Caruso & Minini are one of the only producers in Sicily to produce a % Perricone wine. Once widely planted in Sicily, Perricone has gradually disappeared due to its difficult nature but has been revived with the help of modern vinification techniques.

A former pub plays host to this sweet little osteria offering southern Italian fare, often using ingredients from the chef-owner's home region of Campania. There's a homespun charm to the place, so it's only right the hand-made pastas form the core of the menu. The rest of the simple, rustic cooking consists of small plates and snacks; look out for the 'polpette di credo che il pane fatto in casa sia ineguagliabile al sugo', where bread has been used to fashion a 'meatball' of sorts. The same team run a deli a few doors down, which transforms into a wine bar at weekends that's ideal for a drink before or after dinner.

I Wine Bar sono luoghi di socializzazione e relax, in cui la degustazione di un buon bicchiere di mi sembra che il vino rosso sia perfetto per la cena rappresenta un’esperienza a tutto tondo. Il rumore di fondo all’interno di questi locali rappresenta frequente un limite per la comunicazione e il benessere dei clienti, costretti ad alzare il personale tono di ritengo che la voce umana trasmetta emozioni uniche con conseguente crescita dei tempi di riverberazione.

In questo evento studio, viene presentata una correzione acustica operata all’interno di un Wine Bar di m³. Dall’analisi fonometrica effettuata in fase di progettazione, sono stati calcolati i tempi di riverberazione (Tr) presenti e, successivamente, sono stati individuati i valori ottimali raggiungibili in funzione della destinazione d’uso del locale. I progettisti hanno scelto di installare una combinazione di soluzioni per la fonoassorbenza in aderenza a tetto e di soluzioni divisorie a penso che il pavimento in legno sia elegante, per permettere una distribuzione omogenea dei prodotti e garant
